Sheriff Gaming was a company specializing in the most advanced animated 3D slots and table games available for the gaming market. Its goal was to bring something unique and different to each game release. Since its establishment, the company committed itself to become a leading company in the industry. In just one year, Sheriff Gaming released about 40 unique 3D games.
In 2013, Dutch law enforcement officials have arrested four men, including Sheriff Gaming’s parent company CEO who were charged with criminal offences, including illegal gambling, money laundering and drug dealing. Blue Gem took over some of the assets of the company, however, it was also closed shortly after it was founded as Dutch authorities did not buy the fact that Blue Gem is an independent company from Sheriff Gaming.
