Last Friday it has been announced that Draftkings and Fanduel completed the merger procedure.
Two providers of daily fantasy sports have been working on a merger for couple of months and now it has been officialy finalized. Thanks to the signed agreements, both companies are going to join forces next year, the exact date or peroiod of the year have not been specified. Both companies decided to join forces in order to serve their consumers even in better manner.
Financial details of the merger were not revealed. Both operators agreed that the merger will bring cos savings, as well as increase operational efficency, thanks to which it will be easier to focus on developing new features, products and services.
