"Boom Brothers" is a 5-reel, 20-payline, Net Entertainment video slot. The game is based on a mining theme with three bearded brothers mining for gems and precious stones.
The game starts things off with an animated sequence that could easily feature in some of the best animated movies released in the past couple of years. You will have a blast with the surprise animations. If bomb-throwing dwarves don’t get you wanting more, maybe the sight of the crazy jet-packer will. Even before you start playing you will be immersed in 3D graphics with moving cogs ‘powering’ the reels in each of the top corners. The symbols on the reels include robotic adaptations of each of the brothers which spring open when a prize is won, as well as mining tools, such as pickaxes, shovels, buckets, miners helmets and the rail track symbol. Each symbol has its own animation and the sound effects used compliment the action very well.
Apart from stunning graphics the game offers many special features. The Wild symbol, represented by the ticking bomb, replaces all icons except for the Free Spins symbol and the Rail Track Bonus and lets off a satisfying explosion with each winning combo.
The Free Spins icon will triple your winnings while earning you a Free Spin for each such symbol that comes up on a winning payline. You can receive up to 20 free spins with a 3x multiplier.
Perhaps the best feature of Boom Brothers is the Rail Track Bonus, triggered if you receive Railtrack symbols on reels 1, 2 and 3. Having at least three of these appear on the reels will win you a multiplier bonus. Three Railtrack symbols will double your bet, four will triple your winnings, and five will quadruple your prize and trigger the bonus game.
The Bonus Feature will take you to a separate screen where the Boom Brothers will each hold a diamond, ruby or gold. You will be then asked to select a cart. The object of the bonus game is to steer the dwarf and his cart 5 steps to win the bonus prize. During the bonus round you willcollect diamonds, gold and rubies which correspond to one of the brothers. The one who reaches their hoard first awards an instant prize.
