The newest game from Net Entertainment, entitled “Fisticuffs” will take you back to a boxing arena in the early 1900s, the time when boxing was for gentlemen. “Fisticuffs” is a 5-reel, 10-line video slot that takes place on a boxing ring. The symbols include two boxers and all the equipment used in boxing, that is stools, golden goblets, boxing gloves and shoes , rings, champion belts and pots with water. Only the symbols of boxers will animate in this game, but those animations are so entertaining that you won’t regret not seeing more animating symbols. All symbols pay both left-to-right and right-to-left.
The game includes only one but very innovative and generous special feature - the Boxing Feature re-spin where Wilds remain on the reels for the re-spin. The Boxing feature is activated when the diagonal Wild symbol and straight Wild symbol appear next to each other either horizontally or diagonally on the reels. You will then see the two boxers fighting. The excitement of seeing the boxers in action when the Boxing feature appears is increased further when symbols that get in between the two fighters turn into Wild symbols. The feature may seem to be a bit complicated, so we will describe it in detail.
The straight Wild (the fat boxer) appears on the middle reel and substitutes for all symbols. If one or two diagonal Wilds appear on the same row as the straight Wild, he will punch the diagonal Wild to reel 1 and/or 5, transforming symbols in-between into additional Wild symbols.
Diagonal Wild (the slim boxer) on the other hand can only appear on reel 2 and 4 and is also able to substitute for all other symbols. If one or two straight Wilds appear diagonally to diagonal Wild, the slim boxer will punch the other boxer, transforming the symbols above and below the diagonal Wild into additional Wilds.
The Wild symbols remain on the reels for the re-spin where stacked Wilds can make an appearance on reels 1 and 5, adding to the excitement and seeing the potential for big wins!
