This partnership results in taking on BetSoftGaming’s entire Slots3 library of 3D cinematic video slots by RedBet, a Scandinavian operator.

Redbet has been recently acquired by Bonnier Gaming. It cooperates also with Whitebet and Heypoker. As for BetSoft’s 3D games – they are now live with the three affiliates.

Sheriff Gaming has won a legal case which was brought before the Netherlands Court of Appeal by Betsoft.

This was an appeal after The Court of First Instance ruled in favour of Sheriff Gaming earlier this year. Betsoft has accused Sheriff Gaming of infringing its IP rights with the “Expandicon” zooming effect and copying the look, style and feel to the games. The Court of Appeal decided that there is no evidence that would support Betsoft’s claims. 

What is more, in its summary The Court of Appeal stated that Betsoft presented a report while being aware that it was based on manipulated data, and therefore it was never in the position to claim infringement.

Betsoft Gaming has released information about new deal that will see its Slots3 games used by Boyle Sports – Irish bookmaking firm.

As for the agreement itself, it will assume that Boyle Sports offer their customers two games from Betsoft: Three Wishes and Mr. Vegas. They belong to popular Slots3 Game portfolio.

Digitus Ltd, which trades as Betsoft Gaming, has received a suspension notice from the Alderney Gambling Control Commission. 

The Executive director of the AGCC has issued a hearing notice under regulation 90 of the Alderney e-gambling regulations to the company and has issued the suspension notice under regulation 91, requiring it to suspend operations immediately.

Until the suspension notice is cancelled or the Commissioners of the AGCC have reached a determination at the conclusion of the hearing, the company must cease to offer gambling-specific software to category 1 e-gaming licensees, category 2 e-gaming licencees and category 2 associate certificate holders.

 The hearing is to take place in due course.
