Australasian Gaming Expo
Australasian Gaming Expo keeps growing. This year it will have 25 per cent more exhibitors than the previous year and more content than ever before.

Australasian Gaming Expo starts in 21 days. It will last from August 9 till August 11 and it will take place in Sydney Exhibition Centre at Glebe Island. Tuesday will be the first day of the event and it will start at 10am and finish at 5pm. Wednesday will look exactly the same and Thursday, the last day of Australasian Gaming Expo, will end at 3pm.

This year at AGE visitors will be able to see more than 200 exhibitors stretched over 17,000 square meters of exhibition space. It is the 27th consecutive year for Australasian Gaming Expo. Through out the years there was a lot of paper involved, including applications, maps, brochures, however now, thanks to an online registration and event app it is all gone. Every exhibitor and visitor can download a mobile application to stay up to date with all the changes and plans as well as learn the program and know when everything will take place. The app, apart from the event schedule, will also feature an event map and interactive event floor-plan. It will use beacon technology to advise of entertainment, events and more throughout the venue.

Ross Ferrar, CEO of the Gaming Technologies Association said: “2015 was a sell-out year so we’ve increased capacity for 2023 to keep up with exhibitor demand. Our long-term exhibitors wanted to showcase more products which required more floor space, but it has also allowed for more new exhibitors. Over 20 per cent of exhibitors at the 2023 AGE are new exhibitors”.

The most important part of the event will be Australian Event Awards. The exhibitors say that AGE is an event superior to other similar ones, as it offers excellent business potential.
