The building progress will be driven by spinning the reels and gathering construction material symbols. Those building symbols are the most important elements in “Castle Builder”, as they enable you to push the construction process. Those symbols come in standard, bronze, silver and gold and can be achieved by gathering a specific number of building symbols per line. To get standard, bronze, silver or gold symbols, you will have to collect 2, 3, 4 or 5 building symbols per line respectively. Remember that the more noble metal building symbols you collect, the higher the value of your castle will be on completion. In the top left-hand corner you will see a building progress indicator, visualizing building symbols you have already received. The goal is to build 10 castles in each kingdom, but remember that ach castle will be bigger and more pompous than the previous one and will take more construction material to be completed.

With each building symbol added to the castle building lot, the building process moves forward and attracts 3 royal worshipers who are keen to ask for the princess’s hand in marriage. The further the building process and the more high valued building symbols were collected, the higher the marriage portion a royal worshipper is willing to offer. The information is visualized through the marriage portion indicator in the top left-hand corner of the game. After completion of a castle, the king’s daughter moves in and has to choose from those three admirers. A very important decision, as each admirer reveals his riches not before the royal wedding! Just as in real life there are poor fellows (small win), average citizen (medium win) and really rich guys (high win). The bigger the castle, the richer the admirers who ask for the princess’s hand in marriage. Choose wisely, as you will get the prize the royal worshipper you selected offered for the princess’s hand.

But it’s not the end of innovative features in this game! With every accomplished building mission, you  have the chance to receive special achievements from the respective king. In doing so, you will work your way up by achieving higher ranks and unique service medals. There are two types of special prizes you can get: Rank-up Medals and Achievements. Rank-up Medals reflect your experience you are gaining for each castle completed. The bigger the castle, the higher the rank you’ll gain. Keep on climbing the job ladder! Achievements are even more precious, but also very rare and hard to get. Those special awards are worth the effort as they are highly rewarding. Expect some instant extra cash every time you receive one! Finally, there is also a Wild symbol, that will help you create winning combinations on the reels, by replacing g any other symbol on the third reel.
