Ahh, diamonds. Diamonds are a girl’s best friend, like the song says, but they’re also the best friend of slot players! Clear diamonds, pink diamonds, blue diamonds are all here to fill your pockets. “Diamond” is a video slot from Spielo G2. It has 5 reels and 9 paylines. The graphics are pretty simple, we have a dark background with diamond-like buttons, but the symbols themselves are really pretty. There are different types of gems and diamonds in various colors, like blue, green, yellow, pink, red or clear, as well as two red dice. When you hit a winning combination, a cheerful tune plays in the background and the jewels shine and spin around… and then explode! It’s an interesting feature, that causes the reels where the winning symbol were to fall and gives you a chance to hit new winning combinations. The game has a Jackpot that can be won on any bet, but higher bets have better chances to win.
To make the time you spend with all the jewels even more entertaining, G2 has prepared a number of special features. There’s a Wild symbol, Mystery symbol, Scatter that grants Free Spins, a Double-Up Game and Full House feature.
The Wild symbol is a clear diamond and it can substitute any symbol on the reels, with the exclusion of Mystery and Bonus.
The Mystery symbol is represented by two red dice. If you get three or four Mystery symbols anywhere on your reels you can win a random prize from the paytable for the Mystery symbol.
The yellow diamond with a faint word Bonus on it is the Scatter that activates Free Spin sequences. For 3 such symbol you will obtain 15 Free Spins, while 4 give you 30 Free Spins. It is also possible to get a new Free Spin sequence on any Free Spin.
The Double-Up Game allows you to double your prize after each win. Its aim is to guess the color of the face down card. If you guess right, you can either collect your doubled prize or try to double it again, up to five times total. Watch out though, as if you are wrong you will lose the whole amount. This game is risky, but also quite profitable.
When the same symbol appears in all positions on the reels you will activate the Full House feature and all your winnings will be doubled.
“Diamond” is a fun slot that has some nice features. It might be not the best looking game from G2, or the one with the most interesting theme, but it doesn’t mean it’s not entertaining.
